1. Scope

These Website Terms of Use describe the conditions for use of the website operated by IMPRUV Research, LLC ("IMPRUV," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to website access and materials. A separately signed client agreement governs paid services, project deliverables, fees, confidentiality, data handling, and the allocation of project responsibilities.

2. Website information and professional services

Website content is provided for general business information. It is not medical advice, a clinical recommendation, legal advice, or a substitute for qualified professional judgment. Descriptions of research and publication services do not represent regulatory approval or endorsement of a product.

Sending an inquiry, receiving an acknowledgment, or discussing a potential project does not create a client engagement, research relationship, or obligation to deliver services. An engagement begins only under a separate agreement.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Research findings, journal acceptance, publication dates, search visibility, regulatory decisions, product adoption, sales, and financial returns depend on factors outside IMPRUV’s control and are not guaranteed by this website. Case reports describe individual observations and do not by themselves establish comparative effectiveness. Illustrative images and diagrams are not evidence of actual client outcomes.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

To the extent protected by applicable law, IMPRUV or its licensors retain rights in the website’s original content, branding, designs, and materials. You may view the site and download the company brochure for personal or internal business evaluation, preserving ownership notices.

No website access grants a license to IMPRUV’s proprietary methods, knowledge bases, agent configurations, or other nonpublic intellectual property. Do not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use protected materials commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or infringing content; impersonate another person; interfere with site operation; bypass security or access controls; or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems. Submit information you are authorized to share and provide accurate business contact details.

Provide only a brief, nonconfidential project overview. Do not submit patient information, medical records, confidential research data, or trade secrets through the form. An inquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement. Arrange any needed nondisclosure and data-handling terms before sharing sensitive project information.

You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize IMPRUV to use your inquiry to evaluate and respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your project or authorize unrelated use of confidential materials.

7. Third parties and external links

External links are provided for convenience. IMPRUV does not control third-party websites, their availability, or their terms and privacy practices. For larger studies, IMPRUV works with its network of CRO partners to deliver a complete, turnkey solution tailored to the protocol’s requirements. Scope and responsibilities are defined in the applicable agreements; a website reference to a partner does not itself establish an engagement with that partner.

8. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate but may change or remove content. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IMPRUV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities for paid services are governed by the applicable client agreement.

9. Updates and questions

Revisions will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes and any required acceptance will be handled in accordance with applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
