1. Who we are and what this covers

IMPRUV Research, LLC ("IMPRUV," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy for its website and business inquiry form. It explains how we handle information associated with visits and inquiries. Client research, clinical records, and other project data are subject to separately agreed arrangements and any applicable privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, service interest, timing, and project description, plus your role and company website if provided. We also record the submission time, a reference identifier, and your authorization to use the information to respond.

The hosting and security services supporting this website may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requests, and access logs. The form uses an IP-derived, time-limited identifier to limit abuse; the application does not store a raw IP address in the inquiry record.

3. How information is used

We use inquiry information to assess your request, communicate with you, scope potential services, maintain business records, and protect the site against misuse. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or publish your message. We do not sell website inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

Information is processed through service providers supporting hosting, storage, security, and communications. The current website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Email inquiries are also processed by the applicable email providers. Access may be provided to authorized personnel who need information to respond to your request.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or address security issues. Members of our CRO partner network and other project partners are not automatically sent your inquiry by this website; any project-specific sharing should be addressed when the engagement is scoped.

5. AI and project information

IMPRUV uses specialized AI agents and a proprietary knowledge base in its service model. The website inquiry form currently stores your submission for review; it does not automatically send the submission to an AI model for analysis or training. Any use of client project data with AI tools should be addressed in the applicable engagement and data-handling arrangements before that processing begins.

Please do not submit patient information, medical records, confidential study data, trade secrets, or other sensitive information through the website form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate channel and any necessary agreements.

6. Cookies, fonts, and external services

The website application does not include advertising pixels or audience analytics tools. Hosting, security, or sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and protect access, including during private review. Your browser settings may allow you to control cookies, but some functions may be affected.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to Google and send connection information. External websites and services have their own privacy practices. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

7. Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. The current inquiry system does not automatically delete submissions after a fixed period. You may request deletion using the contact details below; legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs may limit what can be deleted.

The site uses encrypted connections and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Provider backups and logs may follow separate retention schedules.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop follow-up communications, by emailing info@impruvresearch.com. Identify your request without including sensitive records. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply to IMPRUV, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, receive a copy of information, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. We will assess requests under applicable law; this statement does not limit rights the law provides.

9. International visitors and children

Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, appropriate transfer arrangements must be established before regulated international processing. This website is directed to business professionals and is not intended to collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

10. Changes and contact
